Richi’s Journey Inspires Everything We Do

On November 29, 2011, Richi, originally from Spain, was diagnosed with high-risk medulloblastoma—a highly aggressive pediatric brain tumor. To ensure he received the best possible care, his family made the life-saving decision to relocate to the United States for treatment at Boston Children’s Hospital | Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they now reside.

Richi bravely endured 26 surgeries, radiation, and chemotherapy. Now 19, he continues to face a wide range of neurocognitive, physical, and psychological side effects resulting from treatment. His resilience and determination are the driving force behind the Richi Foundation.

We Are Committed To Improving The Quality of Life for Children With Cancer and Finding a Cure

We bring this mission to life through two powerful pillars: the Richi House, where families find healing and support, and Richi Cure, where science and innovation accelerate progress toward a cure.
